What I Offer

I am here to be your way-finder, your problem solver and your safe place.

I offer 1-hour long phone and video sessions, nationwide, that you can schedule one-at-a-time or at a discount for weekly recurring sessions.
 

There is no additional charge for group sessions and I encourage my clients to include their caregiving support network.
